Scope of Agreement

This Installment Agreement governs the purchase of marine equipment from Power Engine Market under the In-House Installment Plan.
By proceeding, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

Payment Structure

Deposit:

• A 40% deposit of the total purchase price is required to secure the order.
• Deposit is non-refundable once this agreement is signed.

Remaining Balance:

• Remaining 60% paid over 3–6 months based on the approved schedule.
• Installment amounts and due dates are detailed in the invoice.

Payment Methods:

• Bank Wire Transfer
• Cryptocurrency (accepted upon approval)

All payments must be verified before being applied to the balance.

Late Payment & Default

• Installments not received within 7 days of due date incur a 5% late fee.
• Non-payment for 30 consecutive days may result in order cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
• Power Engine Market reserves the right to withhold shipment until all payments are complete.

Shipment Terms

• Equipment is shipped only after full payment.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon shipment.

Cryptocurrency Terms

• Crypto payments are accepted upon approval.
• Payments must be sent to the approved wallet address provided in the invoice.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
• Exchange rate is locked at the time of invoice issuance.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure timely payment of all installments.
• Verify deposit payment has been received.
• Maintain communication with Power Engine Market.
• Provide required identification for verification purposes.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before final payment results in forfeiture of the 40% deposit.
• Paid installments beyond the deposit are non-refundable after partial payments.

Legal & Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States of America.
• Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Duluth, Minnesota, USA.
• This agreement represents the entire understanding regarding installment payments.
